“REAP IN MERCY”. Final Part. : Friday July 21

Hosea 10:12

"Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground:for it is time to seek the Lord, till He come and rain righteousness upon you."

Reaping in mercy is as a result of God’s goodness and faithfulness for mankind and not depending on how you sow, what you sow of frequency of your sowing. The ground you sow represent the pattern of our lifestyles. The mercy of God rescues us from the consequences. When the mercy of God speaks, consequences against our bad lifestyles may be erased.

To sow or plant, there is need to plow or prepare the ground. Life unplowed is life unprepared, hence sowing may not be in righteousness; still God decides the nature of reaping because of HIS attribute of mercy. It is no news that we are living in extended season of mercy of God, it is time to seek God in earnest, truth and spirit, because Jesus is coming back as the Lion of the tribe of Judah.

Jesus is coming with abundance of righteousness and this is the right time to get serious with our race in Christianity. We have come a long way to be condemned in Justice. Mercy is being extended for the sake of those that would repent and forsake darkness and sin. Jesus is coming soon, revisit your fallow ground and begin to work out your salvation according to the scriptures, in Jesus Name. Amen.
