“WAITING FOR SHOWERS OF BLESSING- VANITIES OF THE GENTILES?” Part II : Wednesday June 8

Jeremiah 14:22

Are there any among the vanities of the Gentiles that can cause rain? or can the heavens give showers? Art thou not He, O Lord our God? Therefore, we will wait upon thee: for thou hast made all these things."

Any one waiting in truth, spirit and sincerity will not wait in vain, in Jesus Mighty Name. God considers the Gentiles in the overall scheme of the affairs in the world. Indeed, none of His creatures is left out. When there is rain, it falls on both the Jews and the Gentiles, believers and unbelievers. Even on sinners and righteous.

Rain is a symbol of God’s blessing and favor. Therefore, in the same vain, when God decides to withdraw rain, it is withdrawn from all except one that is with God’s special favor and grace.

Check anything without rain or any country without sufficient rain? Any power that boasts to be able to bring rain is in vain. Never heard any power brought rain in the past and never will any to be able to in the present or future, save the Lord. Wait upon the Lord and you will experience your own rain time, in Jesus Name. Amen.
