“VICTORY AS AN ACT OF GOD”. Final Part : Wednesday June 20

Psalms 20:7-8

"Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God. 8) They are brought down and fallen : but we are risen, and stand upright."

No man can claim exclusively his own power or efforts for victory, because God is the victory giver. No matter how many chariots and horses can safe from defeat. Getting victory is of the Lord. Why did King David always remember the name of the Lord? It is because victory is attached to the name of the Lord.

There is power in the name of the Lord. When we remember the name of the Lord, no mountain can stand. The name of the Lord is a strong tower and is able to move mountain and open the Red Sea. The chariots and horses are far from giving victory in any battles. The creature man-made confidence and power is temporary.

Let us stand in very close relationship with God. Remember HIS name and God will move to give us everlasting victory. The people that trust in chariots and horses will be brought down and fall. The victory they proclaim does not last. However, the people that remember to call upon the name of the Lord shall not only rise, but will also stand upright. Divine victory is always backed up by the divine power of God. Amen.
