“THE UNSTOPPABLE GOD.” Final Part: Wednesday March 4

Job 42:1-2

NLT
1) “Then Job replied to the Lord:
2) I know that you can do anything, and no one can stop you.”

KJV
1) “Then Job answered the Lord, and said.
2) I know that thou canst do every everything, and that no thought can be withholden from thee.”

Satan does not attack people without any glory to show. Job was defined as a man of substance who feared God, who was blameless with complete integrity. He and his family stayed away from evil. The summary of it was that Job was a man who lived for the unstoppable God. Job was tested and tempted by Satan and God stood up again Satan.

Job passed through subsequent tests with Satan, family members and close friends. In all of these tests and temptations, God did not forsake Job. God was watching his back and of course Job had confidence in God. However, he (Job) complained on why he was facing the affliction and not the wicked ones? He was accused by his friends as a sinner paying for his sins, but God was watching the scenarios. At times, Job reflected on his past good times of prosperity. His honor was turned to contempt but God was with him.

At last, God intervened in the life of Job, because he was seen as harmless. Job humbled himself before God. Job honored God and God honored Job with double blessing. God proved and illustrated His unstoppable power to get Job back on track. Stand for God no matter what!!!! Let God be in total control to do what He only can do. Amen.
