Isaiah 33:16

"He shall dwell on high: his place of defense shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given to him; his waters shall be sure."

Why do we need a place of defense? We all need a place of defense to be able to engage in the assignments that God as given to us in both the secular and in the spiritual. However, the place of defense is determined by the power of God. One thing that we all know is that our God dwell’s on high; from where He controls the affairs of the universe.

God operates from His dwelling place which is on high, this is the place all the supplies for the universe is directed and released. God’s eyes see all over the universe from on High. With God’s eyes over us, our defense and provision are sure thing.

The munition of rocks is for our defense and the supply of bread and water is for our provision. With God, there is no lack, no limits and no scarcity. From on High, God takes care of all our needs, but we must be on the right side of equation with God. He can supply all our needs according to His riches in Glory. Seek God in earnest. He is the controller of all the affairs and events of the world. He knows what we need more than us. Place your hope on Him for your defense and provisions. Do your part and God would take care of the rest. Praise God. Amen.
