“NOW WHEN JESUS WAS BORN?” Final Part : Wednesday December 14

Matthew 2:1-3

"Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem. -
2) Saying, Where is He that is born King of Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him."
3) When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and Jerusalem with him"

The day Jesus was born in flesh was the beginning of the New Glory for the whole world. It was God’s most wonderful plan of His unspeakable gift of glory to us. The birth of Jesu was to make the gospel easy for us to resonate with and be sure that all we experience in life, Jesus too; experienced same for us to be free. Are you free indeed? Be free this season, in Jesus Name.

The virgin birth brought unspeakable gifts for us; despite the opposition of the powers that may be. King Herod sensed the birth meant doom for him and so it was. To us the virgin birth is a great source of hope especially to believers. Hope to be free from pains, shame, affliction etc. Jesus was born to make perfect our human imperfections and maintain the power of HIS deity.

Unto us a child is born and a Son is given. Jesus was born as a child of God, but was given to us as the only Son of God. This is a great exceptional and unspeakable gift. What can you give back to God this season? God is not asking for your/our money. If God needed money, He could have sold all the cattle and sheep on ten thousand hills. He needs your/our souls to be the place where the true light of the season could shine from. God wishes our souls to prosper and be in health for our own sake, therefore, let your soul in turn touch the furtherance of the gospel. Open up your souls this season and embrace the glory that is new by the birth of Jesus.
