“JESUS KNOWS THY FAITH” : Thursday June 8

Mark 2:5

"When Jesus saw their faith, He said unto the sick of the palsy, Son thy sins be forgiven thee"

The above passage is about the sick man that four men carried; the four uncovered and broke the roof to get to Jesus. What have you done to reach Jesus? The action of these men was faithful and Jesus saw them. Jesus is not a man that can be fooled. He can perceive and see you in either your faith or fear. The bottom line is that ; it is possible for faith to be infectious. The faith of someone close to you can bring you your own miracle. It was the men’s faith that brought the sick man to Jesus.

When Peter’s both was full of fish caught from the conviction of Jesus, the other fishermen around him were also blessed. If you are surrounded by faithless people, it is possible to catch in the direction of their faithfulness. Jesus had to touch the faith of all the five men. The four helpers and the sick. What followed was a mighty miracle.

In our generations, and indeed in many churches today ; there are many who are sick of various palsies ; such as palsy of anger, palsy of sin, palsy of pride, palsy of malice, palsy of fornication and adultery. Let us be like the four men who stretched their faith to bring the sick man to Jesus. Let your faith touch others so as to bring them to Jesus. Amen.
