Esther 2: 17
" And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favor in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti."
Esther came to the presence of the king empty as a girl without parents; but God picked her up, got her back and made her queen instead of Vashti. Esther had a purpose in life and she fulfilled the essence of her destiny because of grace and favor.
For that season, she was loved above all the women the king came across, because it was her appointed time. She did not miss such an important moment in her life. Her stars began to shine more, the very moment she stepped into the palace. The rules changed for her sake and things worked well for her because she obtained grace and favor. She suddenly became an identifiable instrument that God used to save her generation.
Likewise, you and I can be an instrument in the hands of God for an important assignment, if we do not refuse the call and offer. Your call to service or need might not be exactly like that of Esther, but there is always something to be used of in the hands of God and in the house of God for the purpose of God. It was not about Esther, it was about all others in the land to be saved. Esther was all out loyally and positively. She faced all the challenges all the way, but there was divine help for her all the way. Be positive and resolute in your call to duty and leave the rest in the able hands of God. AMEN!!!!!!!
Prayer points for the day
1) Lord, thank you for keeping me and my household alive in Jesus Name.
2) Lord, thank you for allowing me and my family to see the beautiful light of the day, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, thank you for giving me the combination of good life and years, in Jesus Name.
4) Father, thank you keeping be alert and alive not to miss my grace and favor, in Jesus Name.
5) Father, send help to me and my household by the reason of grace and favor, in Jesus Name.
6) Almighty God, make me a sudden instrument to be used in your hands, in Jesus Name.
7) Father, for the rest of my life, let me obtain your grace and favor in all of my encounters, in Jesus Name. Amen.
