”FOR SHE LOVED MUCH”. Final Part : Thursday February 18

Luke 7:47

“Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much : but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little.”
NLT I tell you, her sins- and they are many - have been forgiven, so much she has shown me much love. But a person who is forgiven little shows only little love.”

The woman in the above Bible passage showed so much love to Jesus and that provoked total forgiveness upon all her sins. She used the opportunity of being with Jesus to repent genuinely. Jesus knew how sinful her past was; even before the Pharisees began to highlight the woman sinfulness.

Just one action of showing love can go all the way to answer for one to eternity. Love is real. Hatred is also real. Love is of God and hatred is of the devil. Jesus loves act of love and cannot get along with contrary acts.

Let love be paramount in your day to day life and living not only during St. Valentine season. Amen. Let love guide your thoughts and actions all the time. Use real love to win over difficult situations. Be deliberate and intentional about loving the way God loves. Love wins at last because God is love and love is God. Love never loses because losing is not in the nature of God. Amen.
