“FIRST RESURRECTION”

Revelation 20:6

"Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection; on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years"

Whether we are at home, work or on travel and and no matter the diversity of the world’s belief and faith, the truth that JESUS IS ALIVE!!! cannot be changed – Happy Resurrection Monday! Will you shout Alleluia? HE IS RISEN! It is true that the tomb is empty.

Jesus Christ was the first to experience the first resurrection. All believers that do the will of God, whether dead or alive shall hear the sound of the trumpet and also have part in the first resurrection. Death, sin and hell cannot define or redefine the eternal destiny of those that take part in the first resurrection, why? Because the Bible says they are ” Blessed and holy is he that…”. The partaker of the first resurrection will have no part in the second death or second resurrection.

The second resurrection is for the lost and death itself for eternal judgment. The bible is clear about the yardstick for the final judgment (Doing good against evil) in John 5:29, which is given for our personal Holy Spirit interpretation which says ” And shall come forth; they that have done good, into the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.” Doing what is good or bad according to the Word has experiential eternal rewards. From this Resurrection Sunday and going forward, please be encouraged to do what is good in the sight of God – Amen.
