“DRINKETH IN THE RAIN” Part 1 : Tuesday June 21

Hebrews 6:7

"For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:"

Early and latter rain are for planting and harvesting accordingly. The Bible passage above speaks about the importance of rain that comes upon the ground for our good. When we put seed in the earth/ground; rain is received for the well being of the land and the planter/people.

The certainty of God’s promise is that there shall be showers of blessing. This will prevent the land and the people from experiencing spiritual and natural drought. As the farmers plant and wait for the rain so, we must anticipate showers of blessing after we do our part. God shuts off/up heaven and the rains stop. Why? Look at the man in the mirror and see through his heart.

Redemption is like showers brought by Jesus. The blood shed at Calvary represent the showers. Stay under His redemption and you will not be dry in any form. Any steps taken outside the redemption banner blocks the rain and showers of redemption. The gospel of Jesus bring the showers or revival and refreshing in due season. The word of God comes to us like the rain. When the rain falls on us; there will the exponential growth and increase. There shall be showers of blessing, in Jesus Name. Amen.
