Genesis 37:20
“Come now therefore, and let us slay him (Joseph), and cast him (Joseph ) into some pit, and we will say, some evil beast hath devoured him: and we shall see what will become his dreams.”
When you have dreams or visions, it is important to allow time for them to mature before they are let out, except you are very sure of those you would reveal your dreams. They may be excited in your presence but upset behind you. Actually, the Bible makes us to understand that Joseph was Seventeen Years old when he had his dreams and he went ahead and told his brothers and parents. The dreams had far reaching effects in impacting the relationships in the family, because Joseph was the youngest, but the Lord intervened for him.
Joseph’s brothers and his parents understood the dreams more than him(Joseph) whom they eventually nick named, aka the dreamer. Joseph dreams made paths to his destiny. It was dreams revealed to him by the Lord Almighty and no one would be able to abort them. The brothers determined “and we shall see what will become his dreams!” The brothers wanted to hinder Joseph’s power of dream, but God intervened for him. His dreams made him to become Genesis 41:38 whereby the Spirit of the Lord manifested in his life and the king could not resist him.
When any one says what shall become your God’s given dreams or vision, go and report to the One that gives the dream. They may even say “over their dead body” This is the point where the wicked sentences himself. Daniel 10:1 reveals that Daniel understood that when God intervenes it is true but the appointed time may be long…………… it shall manifest. Declare for your God who owns all powers in heavens and on earth; who is able to command your destiny to be fulfilled. Amen. He is able to intervene in all things. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for the light of another shining day in my life, in Jesus Name.
2) Father, thank you for wiping away my sins for ever, in Jesus Name.
3) Lord, thank you for intervening and protecting me and my dreams from dream killers, in Jesus Name.
4) Father, thank you for the dreams and visions given to me, in Jesus Name.
5) Lord, this year 2020, send divine dream helpers my way, in Jesus Name.
6) Father, command my destiny to be fully fulfilled, in Jesus Name.
7) Lord, let the power of your Holy Spirit reverse the power of the ravaging Covid 19, in our generation, in Jesus Name. Amen.
