“COMPASSION ON HER” : Tuesday July 18

Luke 7: 12-13

"Now when He came nigh to the gate of the city, behold, there was a dead man carried out, the only son of his mother , and she was a widow: and much people of the city was with her. 13) "And when the Lord saw her, He had compassion on her, and said unto her, Weep not."

Compassion is another word for mercy. The Lord saw the hopeless situation of a widow who lost her only son. There is a compassion that comes with “Weep not” divine authority. When all hopes have been lost, there is a voice that can speak “Weep not”. It is that voice that is full with mercy to bring back dead to life. As the woman got the mercy of the Lord, you will also receive mercy that revives, in Jesus Name.

The gate of the city became the gate of compassion for the widow. Jesus met the procession of sorrow at the gate of the city and turned it to procession of joy. That was what Jesus can do with compassion/mercy and can still do today. Jesus paid attention to the situation of the woman because of mercy and the attention resulted into an unexpected miracles.

In the Name that is above every other name ; unexpected miracles shall come thy ways at the gate of mercy. The mercy of God can move the hands of Jesus to raise the dead. You will not lose or miss the mercy of God this season in Jesus Name. The Lord that paid attention to the widow will pay attention to you as well. Mercy that turns sorrow to joy shall come to you this month in particular in Jesus Name. Amen.
