Jeremiah 31: 12
"Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall, flow together to the goodness of the Lord, for wheat, and for wine, and for oil, and for the young of the flock and of the herd: and their soul shall be as a watered garden; and they shall not sorrow any more at all."
Singing praises especially in new songs come with the expectation of the goodness of the Lord. People of standing faith are in the category of those that can sing either by themselves or with others in the height of Zion; and they can easily provoke and secure the goodness of the Lord.
It is by faith in God that our weaknesses can become strength, and we can achieve the incredible. Whenever our faith in God kicks into action we can do the impossible and operate in the unexpected. With all that God did for the people of Israel in all of their generations, they sinned for lack of faith. It is faithlessness that does not recognize how worthy of things that God has done and capable of doing.
When we come together and sing; we flow together in the anointing that brings the goodness and the power of God. We would also find ourselves in the height of Zion where God Himself is present to meet with us in His goodness. There is something special in coming into God’s presence, either in prayer, study or singing together. Do not forsake the assembly of the brethren which easily brings the goodness of God in all situations.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for the flow of your goodness in my household, in Jesus Name.
2) Almighty God, I thank you because you are more than able to let your goodness flow like a river into my life, in Jesus Name.
3) Lord, I call upon you today for the flowing of your goodness all the time in my life, in Jesus Name.
4) Almighty God, let the flowing of your goodness bring healing and blessings to my physical and spiritual being, in Jesus Name.
5) Father, let your mercy provoke your goodness for me in my entire life, in Jesus Name. Amen.
6) Lord, I want more of the flowing of your goodness in all the departments of my life, in Jesus Name.
7) Lord, let this season of new song bring multiple goodness into the house of God, in Jesus Name.
