“YET I WILL REJOICE IN THE LORD”. Part 1 : Wednesday November 20

Habakkuk 3:18-18

17) “Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labor of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: 18) Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, will joy in the God of my salvation.”

God responds to our attitude of joy especially with thanksgiving all the time; even when things are not going well. This makes the devil to be unhappy. All that happened in Habakkuk 3:17 did not call for any rejoice of joy, yet the people trusted God ahead and rejoiced. In all of the adverse situations, joy was made to be important and God appeared for the people for absolute resolution.

God’s original plan was for the fig tree to blossom for the people to have food to eat, and the plan of God was for fruits to be for the people to produce wine. The labor of olive tree was to be fruitful to the benefits of mankind. God created the animals to make up for meats for mankind. With all of these provisions missing, there was an uncommon rejoicing among the people. Amen.

God that brought all the negative effects was the same God that brought strength and solution for the people. Let us create the attitude of gratitude to God for what we have and the things we desire to have. God responds to our gratitude than our complaints. Gratitude to God determines the speed and quality of our blessings. Our God is not a wicked God. There is nothing that can bye pass over HIM. Just keep blessing His only Name. Amen.
