“VICTORY FOR ALL” Part II : Tuesday October 29

Acts 16:25-26

"And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.
26) And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken : and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bound were loosed"

God made the inmates with Paul and Silas to listen and hear the songs of praise from them. Did they hear them pray? They did not only hear the praises, but the praises had meaning in the lives of the in mates so much that all were converted. What a victory for Paul and Silas despite the chains!!!! No chains could stop them from having victory.

The midnight praises of Paul and Silas produced wonder that cannot be ignored for ever. According to the Bible; ” in everything we must give thanks” ; it worked for these two men of God. They were in chains and greatest discomfort of pains, yet they found praises to be sang to God. They had consolation in their hearts about praising God, and there was an immediate answer and response from heaven.

The two men of God, praised their God and they were counted worthy for miracles of unprecedented deliverance. In whatever you may be going through today, find a song to sing in praise of God. It is a Godly and gospel ordinance, which should be used by all true children of God. Affliction goes away when you can praise God. Giving thanks to God takes away shame and it gives room for mercy and favor of God. Amen.
