“THEY TOOK HIS COAT BUT NOT HIS DESTINY”. Part II : Thursday January 12

Genesis 37:23-24

"And it came to pass when Joseph was come unto his brethren, that they stript Joseph out of his coat, his coat of many colors that was on him;
24) And they took him, and cast him into a pit; and the pit was empty, there was no water in it"

For Joseph, he had series of detours from his family house to the pit, slavery in Portiphas house, prison ; but finally into the palace. No matter the detours, the destiny is still reachable. Joseph’s testimony is simply from “Detours to Destiny”

What is your testimony? Do not hang on to your story in pity. Hang on your story for testimony. Let it become testimony. There may be delays, detours, discouragement but there will be no denial. Your destiny is a done deal if the path of God is followed by you.

People may ask you where is your destiny? No matter how uncertain it might be, please, respond with a statement “All shall be well”. The destiny of Joseph had its origin of God’s sovereignty. So is your own destiny. No matter how many detours; destinies have been settled. The counsel of God stands when the destiny of Joseph is concerned, because he stands with his maker. Take stand when it comes to your destiny and it shall not fail, in Jesus Name. Amen.
