“THE SNARE IS BROKEN”. Part 1 : Friday October 11

Psalms 124:6-8

"6) Blessed be the Lord, who hath not given us as a prey to their teeth.
7) Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers:the snare is broken, and we are escaped,
8) Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth."

For the snare to break is a divine victory because there will be freedom to move forward and go higher. The above Chapter and verses of the Bible reflect the gratitude of King David for the divine victory that he enjoyed from the Lord. For the Lord was good to him not to hand him over to his enemies as a prey. As a result of the victory, he blessed God. Of course he was victorious and had to bless the name of the Lord. Without the breaking of the snare there could be no victory.

King David’s life was full of battles and victories. He knew ; without any iota of doubt that his victory was sure only because God was always on his side to face his battles. Psalms 124 Verses 1 and 2 proved that God was solidly on his side and he said “If it had not been the Lord who was on on our side……….,

With the Lord on your side, you can face any battles and have victorious testimony ; Praise God. Most especially, when you can confess that the battle is of the Lord; who never loses any battles. Amen.
