Mark 9:21-24
"And He (Jesus) asked his father, How long is it ago since this came unto him? And he said, Of a child. 22) And often times it hath cast him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but if thou canst do anything, have compassion on us , and help us. 23) Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believe that. 24) And straight away the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe ; help thou my unbelief"
From the above passages we can deduce that there is power of healing if we can just lift up our faith a little bit. It does not matter how long the situation might have been in existence, when Jesus speaks into it or intervenes in it, there will be solution. Amen.
Faith is vital to living a great Christian life. Lack of faith is a destroyer of much things especially when it comes to future which matters in life. The future present and the future eternal are both important, but the future eternal is much more important. Do you have faith that you have been forgiven and will eventually reign with Jesus?
Faith needs not be huge. It can be small and still very strong. Just bear and carry faith in God in whatever you do. If you lose faith in what you can achieve through Jesus then you are not living a good Christian life. Uphold your faith in Christ to get you to the next level after you have done your best. Faith is not lazy. Faith is not looking unto man or leaping in the “dark room” Faith works when it looks unto Jesus, not unto yourself or any other human being. Praise God.
Prayer points for the day
1) Abba Father, thank you for the season of faith lifting in Jesus Name.
2) Abba Father, remove every stumbling block to my growing faith, in Jesus Name.
3) Abba Father, increase me in having more faith in you, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, let my little faith keep me going as far as unto eternity, in Jesus Name.
5) Father, help my unbelief to begin to believe in you more and more, in Jesus Name.
6) Lord, let me possess faith that conquers all fears, in Jesus Name.
7) Abba Father, let my little faith drive away all doubts, in Jesus Name. Amen.
