“SUPPLICATION WITH THANKSGIVING”. Final Part: Tuesday November 10

Philippians 4:6

“Be careful for nothing ; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God”

To know how to count many blessings is to cast all our cares and burdens unto the Lord. By so doing, we avoid all forms of anxiety and fear; which shift our focus from God to ourselves and indeed to problems. God is bigger than those problems challenging us. Why worry when you can pray. Whenever anything borders our spirit, the solution is not in fretting around, by counting the problems.

God responds swiftly to the one that has a lifestyle of naming and counting his/her blessings than one that has a clumsy complaining lifestyle. God is ever ready to bless and turn things around for good towards the heart that is grateful and thankful. There is always bundle of more blessings that are attracted to the one that can give thanks and glory to God for all achievements.

This special thanksgiving season when Covid 19 is still very much around, be determined to count your many blessings for the grace to be alive. Give thanks to our God. He deserves our special thanks always for giving us the gift of life and the grace to be alive, since the last season till now. Allow Jesus to be number one in everything. Call on Jesus whenever things are looking up or down. He can make all things best for you. Consider the cross. The sorrow He (Jesus) faced and the love He demonstrated for all. Amen. Count your many blessings.
