“SCENT OF WATER IS HOPE”

Job 14:9

"Yet through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant."

There is hope in a scent of water than that of a drought. It is better to perceive this scent rather than nothing. The power of such a scent brings forth budding, and is capable of bringing forth fruits; it represents the presence of hope for you and I. With such a faint aroma, there is confirmation that we are not hopeless.

All that some people have today is the faint scent of water and not water itself, but Jesus is always prepared to replace our hope, with the ever flowing rivers of living water.  HE promised this in John 7: 38- “He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

In the middle of seemingly unchanging situation, the scent of hope will suddenly bring forth the long awaited change you desire, in Jesus name!

 

Prayer points for the day

• 1) Father, you are my hope, I look to you alone in Jesus Name.
• 2) Lord, let there be an outpouring of “rivers of living waters” from my household in Jesus Name.
• 3) Lord, let my hope be sustained by your divine power in Jesus Name.
• 4) Father, the expectation of my hope will not be cut off in Jesus Name.
• 5) Lord, translate my hope into divine reality in Jesus Name.
• 6) Lord, replace the scent of water with the rivers of living water for me and my household, in Jesus Name.
• 7) Almighty God, bless my life and that of my household beyond what money can buy, in Jesus Mighty Name. Amennn.
