Genesis 28:12 - 13a
“And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it.
13a) And, behold, the Lord stood above it, and said, ...................”
The mystery of the ordinance of heaven was revealed to Jacob in his dream. He was not the one that set the ladder. The ladder was arranged by the First Person of God head ( God the Father ) using the ladder – Second Person of the God head- JESUS. While the First Person of the God head reached out through the ladder – JESUS giving instructions to the angels.
The ladder is symbolic and still available to us till today in form of Jesus Christ. He is the link between the heavens and the earth ; and angels are on assignments for HIM. The Lord still stands above the ladder ; which is the link for us to access the heavenlies and all the associated benefits of heaven.
Through our Lord Jesus Christ your case would reach the very heaven of the heavens this seasons of Open Heavens. The case of Jacob reached heavens and the host of angels ministered to him because the First and the Second Persons were present for him. Where the First and the Second are, the Third is always there. When heavens open for you, the power of the Trinity is brought to work together and the angels will minister to you, in Jesus Name.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for the season of my open heavens, in Jesus Name.
2) Father, I want you to stand on top of my situation this season of open heavens, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, thank you for setting up the ladder that will reach the heavens on my behalf, in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, register my family’s name for open heavens, this month, in Jesus Name.
5) Father, speak to my life and let my angels begin to minister life, grace and favor for me, in Jesus Name.
6) Lord, this season is my own turn for open heavens, let my heavens open in Jesus Name.
7) Father, let your voice sound and open my heavens in all areas of my life, in Jesus Name.
