AMAZING GRACE SANCTUARY

Mercy is one of the attributes of God for mankind. God uses mercy to put an end to evil. He also uses mercy to bless his people. Mercy exists because justice first existed. People only run with mercy and forget about justice. When any one or any situation receives mercy, there is a justice served for someone or for a situation. However, mercy does not contradict justice. The mercy of God is inexhaustible and always greater than all our shortcomings, but there is need for a place of repentance for mercy to kick in.

The Bible Says in Psalms 24: 1 “The earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwelleth therein” and Psalms 119:64a above says ” The earth , O Lord is full of mercy, therefore the final unarguable Biblical truth and equation is that our God is full of mercy. That also is a confirmation that God does not do His works and mercy in half measures.

Jesus came to the earth on the basis of mercy as a substitute for what we deserve. Mercy intervenes in the process of justice but cannot violate it. When mercy speaks justice becomes tempered. You will receive the mercy of God, but let your heart repent of thy ways. Be purged. God does not want any one to perish except the children of perdition. This devotion today is a “wake up” call to repentance. Actually, mercy is a call to repentance. Make God your priority not just on call basis relationship. Amen!!!

1) Father, thank you for the month of mercy for me and my household, in Jesus Name.

2) Lord, thank you for your tender mercies and unfailing loving kindness, in Jesus Name.

3) Lord, thank you for releasing mercy as another chance for my sins, in Jesus Name.

4) Father, let mercy speak in all the areas of my life, in Jesus Name.

5) Father, let your mercy be full upon my life, in Jesus Name.

6) Lord, let your unlimited mercy defend me from all my adversaries, in Jesus Name.

7) Almighty God, please give me a fresh oil of mercy for the season, in Jesus Name.
