Acts 12:10

"When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord, and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him"

There is a significant revelation in the above passage for all believers in Jesus Christ. No matter how fierce the troubles of life may appear to be; as long as the Lord Lives and Jesus Christ is on HIS throne; no set back can take away the plans and purpose of God.

In the middle of what seemed like the end for apostle Peter, God showed up in a way like never before. His deliverance was customized and unique. His deliverance was total. It embarrassed his captors, as the resurrection of our Lord Jesus is still an embarrassment to His captors and unbelievers. it was like a dream to Peter, but real to Jesus. Until Peter got through all the barriers, the angel did not depart from him. He got out of all the wrong doors and rejuvenated for Christ.

God does not open HIS doors half haphazardly or half way. The doors that HE opens are fully opened and always lead to all access. He does not do deliverance half way. His miracles are amazing. Our God is the all-powerful and all-knowing God. The above passage was not a parable, it happened and was recorded in the Holy Bible to encourage believers that there is no trouble that God cannot resolve. Hebrews 13:8 is a convincing statement. Walk in it. It says “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever” . The deliverance He did, the doors opened and the miracles performed yesterday, He can do today and will do them for ever. Surrender to His deity, and get your mind renewed for His words. His words had given life before and so can give you life eternal. Praise God.
