MY PEACE” Part III : Friday March 18

John 14:27

"Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

The Bible passage above commenced with “Peace I leave with you” and then followed by the affirmation of Christ -” My Peace I give unto you” this is to clarify the assurance of peace from Master Jesus. Jesus did not only proclaim peace, He is the source and giver of permanent peace. The world can give and take away her peace depending on the dictates of socio-economic and politics.

Jesus Had been introduced to us as the Prince of Peace by Prophet Isaiah. As a result, Jesus must be regarded as a carrier of peace. When you mention His Name, it comes with peace. All about Jesus is Peace.

Who does not want peace? Peace is the beginning of all you can be in life. A life a man/woman without peace is a worthless life and will be full of disturbances and troubles. The peace that the world gives is not as assured as the peace that comes from the side of Jesus. When you know and have Jesus, there is assurance of knowing and having peace, not as the world’s. Part of the reasons that Jesus went to the cross is to give us peace. SHOUT JESUS.

Prayer points for the day

1) Father, thank you for the peace I am getting all around my life, in Jesus Name.

2) Father, let peace prevail over every disturbance and trouble of my life, in Jesus Name.

3) Lord, give me peace to be able to know you more and more, in Jesus Name.

4) Father, let your peace overflow in all my circumstances, in Jesus Name.

Have a blessed and wonderful day!
