John 2:11

“This is the beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth His glory; and His disciples believed on Him.”

The first ten verses show that mother of Jesus, Jesus and His disciples had been invited to the wedding at Cana. It was there that our Lord Jesus intervened to prevent the shame of the family of the bride and the bridegroom: when suddenly they ran out of wine. The miracle of water turned to wine happened.

Jesus intervened with a process which they followed and the glory began. The disciples seemed not to have seen miracles before this time. The Bible says “ it is the beginning”. They were following Jesus until miracles began and they believed. That meant that the disciples were following Jesus in disbelief before this time of miracles. Yes indeed. Those that followed Jesus believed when they saw the manifestation of miracles.

May be you have been in the church and you have never given your own testimonies of miracles. May be you are following in disbelief. May be you are serving Jesus by serving in the Church and you and your miracles are yet to manifest. Keep following Jesus. Thee is a day reserved for you for your time! Serve Him not because of any self wish agenda or man or woman. Do not quite. Jesus will intervene and there shall be manifestation in Jesus Name. Amen and Amen.
