“LORD SAVE ME”- Part II

Matthew 14:30

"But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord save me."

Peter cried unto Jesus to save him, when he looked at the external power around him after he had already taken a step o two of faith. If he had continued walking with the original faith without paying attention to the wind, he would never have had the sinking experience.

The point of lesson today is that the wind shall blow in any form, but cannot stop you and I from moving forward in faith. When the wind blows, know that our invisible Jesus is always around to rescue us. He is the divine rescuer is the helpless in every situation.

Faith does not fail, but when we fail for whatever reason; there is need to realize help from the divine helper. JESUS. Not just call HIM, but cry unto him for your specific need in point in time. Peter did not ask for so many things. He got exactly what he wanted from Jesus. The three word prayer performed the rescue request. “LORD SAVE ME”
