2 Corinthians 8:9
"For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though HE was rich, yet for our sakes, HE became poor, that he through HIS poverty might be rich"
The above passage is a bit deep. In the first place, not many of us know the grace of God that we carry around. Grace carried and not inactivated will be dormant, but not leave us. The grace we carry is too rich that any one of us be classified as poor. Jesus was born in a poor circumstances, lived poor and died poor so that we can become rich. Our Lord Jesus Christ was rich in the realm of the spirit and left the physical riches for us ; which is controlled from the SPIRIT. Anything and everything we ask from God is in the Spirit and comes from the Spirit.
This day’s devotional is to open our spiritual eyes that we are rich because of the riches of Jesus by grace and in grace. As long as our wants and needs are met, brethren, we are rich. Being rich is not when you keep all the money in the bank or when you have everything that every other person does not have. It is when you remember those that do not have as much as you do. Grace makes you to remember others in your riches. Amen. Being rich is having what you need for the times and seasons of life.
Please begin to know that whatever you have or you are is by HIS grace. Your efforts only cannot put you on any higher pedigree without the grace of God. Grace of God is essential ingredient to live your live also to remember others. To know the grace of God, we must know the source of Grace. You will know Grace and work in it, in Jesus Name. Amen!!!
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for another month of Great Grace, in Jesus Name.
2) Lord, thank you because of your grace that is given unto me and family, in Jesus Name.
3) Lord, by your grace make a way for me out of every situation of my wants and needs in Jesus Name.
4) Lord, let me know your grace, in Jesus Name.
5) Almighty God, let the grace of God continue to keep me from every temptations of sins, in Jesus Name.
6) Lord, let the light of your grace so shine for me and my family till the end, in Jesus Name.
7) Lord, by grace do not pass me by; remember your covenant upon my life, in Jesus Name. Amen.
