“GIVING GLORY TO GOD” Part 1 : Thursday November 15

Romans 4:20

"He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God."

The verse above relates to the season when Abraham was in waiting mode to become the father of nations. Though, there was a divine prophecy, yet it took time to manifest. Waiting period is not easy and it will never be easy. For Abraham, it was not easy to wait, but he waited with strong faith. Amen.

However, if the person waiting can be among people of faith praising God and thanking God always: busy for the Lord, focus will be taken off the underlying waiting pains and it will result in overflowing gain. By giving glory to God, Abraham placed his focus on God, rather on his weaknesses and inadequacy. He knew that he had God and when you really have God, there should be nothing to worry about. Why? Because with God all things are possible. Absolutely, all things. Amen.

From today, shift your focus away from the storm and the problems of life and turn to Jesus; the Arthur and the Finisher of your faith. All helps you can imagine comes from God through Jesus. Begin to give glory to God, that is a proof that God is in charge not any man. In the valley, glorify God, on the mountain, glorify God, and the end result shall be in the good will of God. Amen.
