“FIRST FAITH – WEIGHTIER MATTER” Part I : Thursday October 25

1 Timothy 5:12

"Having damnation, because they have cast off their first faith"

It is not new amongst believers that when we first believed, our first faith in action always resulted in many signs and wonders. We believed the word of God as it should be. Many used to live the life of original faith and it brought about the manifestation of the power of God.

However, along the line, many of us have become too familiar with God and begin to attempt to put our words and ideas in the mouth of God. Hence, the first faith is gradually becoming a thing of the past and signs and wonders are getting scarce; because we have joined the multitude of the learned Christians to subject our first faith to the back of the burner.

When the original first faith is cast aside, damnation will follow. In addition, Christians turn to plans “B” and “C” by turning aside to find help elsewhere ; outside of the power of God. Brethren, now is the right time to resist the devil and he will flee from us. Let us uphold steadfastly our original faith and cast off the counterfeit and diluted faith. Let God see and Honor your faith by putting absolute trust in HIM. Amen.

2) Lord, help me to continue with my first faith, in Jesus Name.

3) Father, from now on, let my first faith continue to grow, in Jesus Name.

4) Father, let me uphold the potency of my first faith, in Jesus Name.

5) Lord, arise and settle me by your lovingkindness, in Jesus Name.

6) Father, help me to escape all forms of damnation, in Jesus Name.
