“FERVENT CHARITY – (LOVE) ” Final Part : Wednesday February 21

1 Peter 4:18

"And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves : for charity shall cover the multitude of sins"

To have and embrace fervent charity is a clarion call unto believers and followers of Christ to know the formula of love among themselves. It is a noble thing to deal with and among ourselves; love that is strong, lasting and deep. Not love on the surface, or love that yields to mood and conditions.

The charity/love that covers the multitude of sins must be fervent and consistent. It must be love from the heart and not from head. Love that comes from heart is always lasting and goes a long way. The love from head calculates how to express love. The love from heart goes all the way to express love in good measures. Amen.

The love that is above all things is fervent. We should not allow anything to be stronger than the fervent love. The great effect of this is that; it will cover a multitude of sins. Let us have this kind of love amongst ourselves. The character of true fervent love is bigger than all sins. This kind of love and character prepare and provoke the mercy of God to love us in an extraordinary manner. Amen.
