Romans 4:24
"But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on Him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;"
Jesus was raised for the good of the children of resurrection as stated in Luke 20:36 please refer to it again. The points today are four folds. The first two will be highlighted today and two tomorrow.
1) “But for us also, ” is an assurance that the power and impact of the resurrection should reflect in our lives everyday.
2) The significance of the resurrection power must not be ignored.
3) The grave opened despite all the natural military power.
4) Jesus went into the grave as a captor but came out as a victor.
As Christians, and indeed the children of resurrection we should endeavor to preserve the faith we all have in resurrection from being deflated or down played by fears. Having a form of godliness and denying the power of resurrection will not work. Godliness with faith is what enhances blessing and eternal life for us,
Let the world know us as witnesses of the reality of resurrection. The blood of Jesus was shed at Calvary to prove a point to us that our sins and sorrows have been washed away. We are never to lose the sight of the power of endurance that Jesus displayed on the cross. No matter the pains on the cross, the outcome became Glorious. Amen. The outcome of anything the world is throwing at you shall become glorious, in Jesus Name. Amen. The cross is to be carried not to be abandoned so that the power of resurrection can become a reality. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for your loving kindness and the blessing of the power of resurrection, in Jesus Name.
2) Father, thank you for the resurrection power for our benefits in Jesus Name.
3) Lord, let the power of resurrection destroy the power all sins in my life, in Jesus Name.
4) Father, let the promises of eternal life become real at the end of my life, in Jesus Name.
5) Father, let me live on daily basis with the help of the power of resurrection, in Jesus Name.
6) Lord, arise and let your blessing resurrect for me and my family, in Jesus Name.
7) Abba Father, with Godliness, let the power of resurrection work for me, in Jesus Name. Amen.
