Matthew 21:12

“And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the money changers, and the seats of them that sold doves”

I Corinthians 3:6-7 is our reference point today; pointing to the “Temple of God” in connection with the above Bible passage. It is important for us to resonate with these Bible passages and note who we are in the eyes and heart ,of the Almighty God. The visit of Jesus to the temple was justified because it was the property of His father; which was being used for a wrong purpose.

Jesus has the right to make corrections to everything wrong in His Father’s house. Buying and selling was seen as an abuse in the house of God. Therefore, anything that is abusing your life shall be cast out in Jesus Name. Money changers operating in the house of God is an abuse and Jesus dealt with it accordingly.

What ever that is making the “temple of God” in you a distraction shall be purged out in Jesus Name. Jesus is about to visit your “temple of God” please keep it clean all the time. Do not allow any “buying and selling” or “money changers” around your “temple of God”. Jesus can visit any time. How will He find your temple? Filled with buyers and sellers or with the Holy Spirit? Watch out Jesus can come visiting you prior to His second coming. Are you ready?
