2 Chronicles 20:25
"And when Jehoshaphat and his people came to take away the spoil of them , they found among them in abundance both riches with the dead bodies, and precious jewels, which they stripped off for themselves, more than they could carry away : and they were in three days in gathering of the spoil, it was so much."
When God decides to settle an individual, a family, a community or a nation, it will be in abundance and it will be so much. However, by now, we should have known that suffering, pains or oppressions etc is prelude to perfection, establishment, strengthening and indeed settlement as revealed in 1 Peter 5:10. No one ever climbed to the top of the mountain without facing tough and tough situations.
King Jehoshaphat faced a great multitude of unexpected enemies. He turned over the battle to the Lord. He made God his last place of hope. He stood still in the moment of great fear. He had great peace. 2 Chronicles 20:20b reveals that Jehoshaphat believed in the Lord his God and he was established……..”. All situations of suffering end with settlement, because of God.
As we end this month of “DIVINE SETTLEMENT” on a peaceful note, let us give all glory to God for advancing us and our family forward and upward this year 2018. To be a winner focus on God not on the size of the problems facing you. No matter how long and fierce the suffering; there is God of all grace who owns the heaven and earth. He would settle you out of them all. All powers belong to HIM in heaven and earth. Read the above Bible passage again and note how God is able to settle your case. Your case will be settled more than you could believe or handle in Jesus Name. – Your settlement will be in abundance and so much, in Jesus Name. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for the final days of divine settlement, in Jesus Name.
2) Lord, thank you for divine settlement of my life and family, in Jesus Name.
3) Father, continue to move my life and family forward according to your plans in Jesus Name.
4) Father, settle me for the next level, in Jesus Name.
5) Lord, settle every unsettled area of my life with favor, mercy and breakthroughs, in Jesus Name.
6) Almighty God, settle me and let there be evidence, in Jesus Name. Amen.
7) Lord, as we go into the new month of April 2018, let the power of resurrection defend me all the way to eternity, in Jesus Name.
