“DIVINE HELPERS UNCOVERED THE ROOF” – Part III

Mark 2:4-5

"And when they could come nigh unto Him for the press, they uncovered the roof where He was: and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the sick of the palsy lay" - When Jesus saw their faith, He said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.

The Bible says in Psalms 46:1b that God is or refuge and strength, “a very present help in trouble.” That part of the word of God is an assurance that God is Omnipresent. He is present with His power everywhere for us to help. If there was trouble on the bible days, then there could be more trouble in these days of excessive and sophisticated civilization.

To be candid, we are living in a troubled and a more challenging world. We all can see the struggles everywhere we go. We struggle to survive, to be safe, to get everything. Yes we do.. Struggles have become part of normal life. God is a very help in not only in our troubles but also in our struggles.

The admonition and reminder today is that God is not tired of helping those that know and depend on HIM as God. As He had helped the people in the Bible days so He can help us! We have too many alternatives and run to God as the last resort. Brethren, before we run to man for help, let us run to God. He can make man to help us beyond measures and He can make man not to help us. God should be the very first to call upon. Though, He would not come physically to help us, He could arrange and direct men to help us. The Bible passages above in Mark 2:4-5 confirm the divine direction of divine helpers for the helpless. If God is behind the help you get men will be ready to help. Anytime, you have done your best call on God to help you out to accomplish the best.
