John 4:41-42

41) "And many more believed because of His own word;
42) And said unto the woman, Now we believe, not because of thy saying : for we have heard Him ourselves, and know that this is indeed the Christ, the Savior of the world"

It is always a good thing to have personal encounter with Jesus Christ. It is always more better if our personal encounter and experience are shared with others and shed abroad to others, both believers and unbelievers.

The woman under reference did not withhold her experience. She believed and told how and what she believed to men and women, who in turn believed after they followed and heard Jesus. Because of this woman, the Bible confirmed in verse 41 that “many more believed” not of the word of the woman, but of the word they heard from Jesus.

The woman followed up with many people to share her experience; which many believed after they heard Jesus. The important thing the woman did was ; she ensured that the people came to Jesus. What are you doing or not doing to make people to come and hear about Jesus? Do something today. Let the people hear your personal encounter with Jesus. You will be surprised that they are eager to hear and have their own experience as well. Let them know that personal experience with Jesus is the answer. Amen.
