“BRINGING AGAIN” Part 1 : Tuesday October 10

Amos 9:14-15

"And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat of the fruit of them. And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled out of their land which I have given them, saith the Lord thy God."

When God shows mercy upon His people there shall be unspeakable and complete restoration. However, at this point in Biblical history and process God looked at the suffering of the people and intervened with mercy to restore them tremendously. Whatever your past looks like, you can be divinely restored even when you do not deserve it.

To bring again means that God Had done it before. Anytime God brings again lost days, they are always something better and greater. The above passage is the example of God giving better things than were destroyed.

The restoration of Israel was progressive with more assurance of regaining what they had lost. Let us remember the latter rain. Was it not better than the former? One can be progressively blessed and restored. There should be no arguments, God is not man that is always lying. When God is involved in your restoration, it is always double, better and permanent if you can identify with God and reason with the importance of HIM bringing back what had been lost. Praise God.
