Joshua 6:16
"And it came to pass at the seventh time, when the priests blew the trumpets, Joshua said unto the people, Shout; for the Lord hath given you the city"
Trumpets are always synonymous with the joy of the Lord; there is victory in the joy of the Lord. In the above Bible passage ; the equation therefore ; is that trumpets bring in joy and victory into the lives of people.
Joshua also gave divine instruction to the people to shout and they complied. There are times to shout and there are times to be quiet. This was one of the occasions that GOD had allowed noise and shout for specific victory. When God asks us to do somethings in certain ways, we should endeavor to do them, because of victory is always wrapped with God’s instructions.
The lessons to be learned in this final part are as follow:
1) The people of God followed divine instructions.
2) They heard the sound of trumpets and did not despise the sound.
3) They realized God was with them in the battle.
4) They believed that God would win the battle for them.
5) They did not give up marching round the wall of Jericho the seventh time.
6) They believed that the battle had been won before it started.
7) The people of Israel knew that victory was ahead of them and not behind.
This month of April ; divine victory, shall answer to you and your family with divine victory in Jesus Name. Amen. Victory that no man can stop or withdraw shall come thy ways all the days of this month and beyond, in Jesus Name. Amen.
Prayer points for the day
1) Father, thank you for divine instructions in your words, in Jesus Name.
2) Father, thank you for giving me another day of life and living, in Jesus Name.
3) Lord, remove every sting of sins that can hinder my victories, in Jesus Name.
4) Father, take to a divine height of victory and sustain me up there in Jesus Name.
5) Father, do not allow me to give up at the verge of my victory, in Jesus Name.
6) Lord, let all my adversaries begin to hear a noise from heaven that will lead to my victory, in Jesus Name.
7) Almighty God, let me and my household be divinely victorious, in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen.
