Acts 3:6-7
6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise and walk- 7"And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up : and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength."
Peter knew the importance of the power of Silver and gold in healing of people even in those Bible days. However, he referred to the power of Jesus Christ of Nazareth in this case of the unnamed but certain man for healing as the ultimate.
The Bible passage above reveals that there was a taking of the right hand by Peter the Apostle ; and then it was followed by a miracle of lifting up. The taking up by Peter’s hand was extra-ordinary. It was in the Name of Jesus with the word of expectation. “Rise up and walk”. Peter had a divine expectation in the Name of Jesus and it came to pass.
What is the level of your expectation as regards divine lifting up? High or low? Please make yours high, because mine is high. Brethren, in addition to silver and gold you have to spend on healing, remember that the power in the Name of Jesus can do much better than silver and gold. Invite this Name (JESUS) in all things and your story will change as that of the lame man. The Name of Jesus is real and will be real for ever. AMEN.
