“AND GOD REMEMBERED HIS COVENANT” Part III : Thursday May 3

Exodus 2:24

"And God heard their groaning, and God remembered His covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob"

Whenever we call on God desperately regarding any situation beyond our human efforts and ability, He hears and acts accordingly. Hannah called God with sorrowful heart and desperately and God heard her. It was the desperate and deplorable condition of the people of Israel that actually appealed to the heart and hands of the Almighty God to move. In fact, when God moves He goes all the way to rescue and save us.

The same is applicable to us, and unless God the Father steps into the rocky boat of our lives and circumstances, we might be left endangered, empty and hopeless. When we cry and God arises for us, we should not feel that we are superior to all others or we deserve the attention of God. The reason why God answers in most cases is because of the covenant He Has since time Elohim He had committed to.

Cry from the bottom of your heart and God will hear. Call the attention of the Almighty God to your groaning. Your groaning will make God to remember His covenant as His covenant does not change. God does not go back and forth on His covenant because is from everlasting to everlasting. From now on, begin to mention in your prayers every area of your pains and difficulties to God, and ask God to remember His covenant. Amen.
