“ABIDING DIVINE VISITATION” Final Part: Thursday June 18

Luke 19:4-5

4“And he ran before, and climbed up into a sycamore tree to see Him: (Jesus) for He (Jesus) was to pass that way. 5) “And when Jesus came to the place, He looked up, and Saw him, and Said unto him, Zacchaeus, made haste, and come down; for today I must abide at thy house.”

Divine visitation is when there is a direct encounter with the supernatural. When actually everything natural has to be set aside. Amen. The summary of the whole process in the above Bible passage was a divine sequence to change a life and advance the kingdom of God. Amen. A man that had been considered and concluded as unworthy became a reference point of divine visitation!

God works in a way we would never understand. If Jesus would pay attention to Zacchaues, He would surely pay attention to you. However, you must be desperate and make conscious and concerted efforts that could provoke the attention of Jesus. When Jesus pays attention, He would speak a word that will facilitate your divine visitation. Zacchaues did not waste any moment but rather he made haste and came down and the rest is history.

Brethren, it is time to make haste and come down for Jesus in order for HIM to lift us up and abide with us. Will you come down from thy “lofty heights”? Isaiah 26:5 Edom (Esau) did not come down and the Lord brought him down to nothing. Zacchaues climbed the sycamore tree and came down and that very day, Jesus visited him. What followed during and after the visit could be imagined. Deliverance, mercy, salvation, forgiveness, new creation, more blessing etc. such are the encounter of divine visitation. Amen!!!!!!
