“THE BLESSING OF DIVINE POSITIONING” Part 1 : Thursday September 5

Genesis 26:2-3

"And the Lord appeared unto him, (Isaac) and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell the of:
3) Sojourn in this land , and I will be with thee, and will bless thee: for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father;

Divine positioning always results into divine blessings no matter what! God revealed Himself to Isaac and spoke regarding where God wanted him to be. ‘And God said that Isaac should not go to Egypt, but showed him where to go. Wherever God showed any one to go, please go because you will prosper there.

Naturally speaking, Egypt was a place to be at that time, because there was abundant prosperity there then, yet God appeared and spoke to Isaac not to go down there. Egypt was an escape route to go and escape famine and poverty, but God warned him no to go.

It means that there was an element of divine instruction for Isaac regarding his positioning. When last did we hear from God? Egypt might look great to others to go, but not for Isaac. God had plans to prosper Isaac where ever he was, but definitely not in Egypt. You can be blessed even when many people may be struggling. There is a mystery in divine positioning. Go whenever God speaks and do not go if God says not to. Amen.
